59 Ocean Beach, went in initially in a 3/4 wet suit, then briefly none at all. It was very chilly. I need a full wet suit for more comfortable swimming/snorkeling.

I went to beach to hang for first day of season, Easter. However, the first acceptable warm water day may be Memorial day like on the east coast which is likely warmer than here.

It was warmish today at Torrey Pines. Just jump in. I think it is only going to get better late July and into August and September.

I had a nice swim... just wish I had stayed out longer.

I sure hope eveyone's getting to beach these days. Crazy warm water right now. Only negative is that the stingrays are out in full force. Do the shuffle. There's even a beach warning out.

BEACH WARNING: 35 stung by stingrays at Coronado - 10News.com KGTV ABC10 San Diego

Just check out these ocean temps from today. Don't recall seeing the bay temp hit 80 degrees before. Can't not post this stuff, right?
