Default Yikes.....Ocean Beach??

Ummmm.....Ocean Beach? I don't know, I don't go down there much any more, but when I do, it's pretty grungy and I can't wait to leave. I guess the only way to get it is to just take a trip through. Maybe it's your scene, but from what you said, I think there are much better fits. Coronado is arguably the most beautiful part of SD, it's on the beach, very dog friendly (you can take your dog to a lot of restaurants as long as you sit outside), and it's got its artsy side as well. It's a pricey area for purchasing a home, but I'm sure you could find a nice 2BR place to lease within your price range. Off the top of my head, another place to consider might be the more Southern edge of La Jolla, although traffic in and out of LJ can be a pain. Please, you sound like a really nice girl - don't go to OB. Just my two cents.....

I'm a reallynice lady and I like Ocean Beach. But then I like funky. I like The Big Kitchen. La Jolla holds no interest for me. Different strokes for different folks.
