Considering making the move from the Brandon area to the Bradenton area due to work. We would be renting for the first year until we settle. Is there a huge difference in premium between the two areas? Also, ideally I'd like to find an area that's somewhat between Bradenton and Brandon, but closer to Bradenton. Any suggestions of nicer neighborhoods/subdivisions? TIA

If you're looking for some place to rent that's near Bradenton, you might try the Ellenton - Parrish area off of I75 - US301. There are a number of nice, newer neighborhoods there. Try searching zip codes 34212,34219,34221 and 34222.
