Default Would I leave Seattle for another?

The answer is no. The only city I've been to on your list is Astoria. I lived there briefly, was mostly a frequent visitor, having lived on the coast in Wa. Astoria has no industry except fishing. There are alot of cool old houses there. I don't know where those people got their money. Possibly they are old money, or transplants. f I could afford one of those Victorian houses, yeah, I'd think about leaving Seattle.

That's a really random list and all sorts of personal biases will influence the poll. I resent that you didn't include any cities from Colorado. Not going to answer...

Maybe Raleigh-Durham if I could get paid the same as I do now (I can't).

For me to be ok living in every other city on that list, I'd have to make multiples of what I make now, and there are probably some where I couldn't get paid enough unless it would be enough to retire in 3 years (Fayetteville, Woodlands, Omaha fit in there).

I went to university in Burlington Vt. Gorgeous place but bitter cold in winter and not a very large economy. I've heard very good things about Portland, ME.

Yeah, I don't get this list either. People continue to move to Seattle, mainly for jobs, but secondarily for lifestyle. I would guess than your locations are just the tip of the iceberg.

I almost put Santa Fe, New Mexico and Salt Lake City, Utah on this list. There were many other cities that I could have put on this list. I definitely did not want it to be a normal list. I wanted it to be a different and odd list.
