ya, great place to flip burgers. take out the managers and the average S of F employee is about 28000/year. the only construction going on is by the city. no manufacturing. high cost of living. lets dont even get started on the traffic at rush hour. its a college town with all the bars included and the poor driving habits of 25000 students. high times says it has the highest price for a bag of weed in the country. it is not florida but more affectionaltel called L.A lower alabama that is. nothing aqainst alabama though.

Well I wish it were 2009 again. I can't even get a lousy summer job waiting tables or doing retail.

I wish it were 2009 again so we could do-over the elections and select a better Governor. The guy we have now is a hard right corporate extremist.

Many don't seem impressed with him. I think corporatism is the prevailing model of the day. Seems to be working out just peachy for everybody.

Seems medicinal MJ sales even w/ such few states fully executing this already outdoes Viagra sells. Guess that is one reason more states are finally looking at the advantages of removing prohibition.

I am surprised there isn't more alternative energy in FL. Would think even solar would be more prevalent or alternative agriculture or building. Maybe missing information there.

Nepal is booming w/ electric cars, for example. Interesting that during 1900's there were more electric cars than gas powered til big interest took over. New Zealand appears to do alot more w/ natural and earth building. I really feel something big like alternative energy could be a big job creation op w/o all the added (fake) taxes to try to be earth friendly.
