Cumberland Plateau, Cumberland Co. between Mayland and Monterey. No real snow, but cold and windy.

Yeah, I remember a few years where we would get a 6" snow, then before that melted another 6" snow, etc.

It's been a few years since I've seen that however. I can't remember more than 6 or 8 inches of snow on the ground at any one time here in the past ten or fifteen years.
