Hello
I just checked my site map and found that One of my lots is about 1500 feet south east of your lot.
I have driven by the east and south side of your lot. You can access this unit from Road 1111 and the main entrance. Follow county road till you find Republic then turn right follow this till you come to Victoria.
t will cross republic trail. Turn right and follow Victoria. This road is very rough with many washes. I have driven it with my F150 4x4. Lot of ruts and cactus. Your road Tierra Fresno Trail is marked and will turn right. My area is about 1500 feet south and 1500 feet to the left on pther side of boulder field. Victoria
road dead ends at cliff. Recommend 4x4 or atv to travel this. I will load a couple of pictures of bearby lots.

I can try and help. My lots are in section 549 and 550. Blue Quail II area. I am about 3 miles north of big tank rd and republic trail. Try printing a road map from sunset ranches web site. it should be available in the series of land you are in.
I had a office supply company blow up the image and it allowed me to rad all of the survey info. It should show your road name and the just find the corner marker/ road sign nearest to your land. Rebar with yellow tops are pretty easy to find starting from a corner. then measure distance from that one to next. Fun to find. If you have kids; make it a game. give a small prize for each one found.
