Hi-
I'm Looking For Any & All Info on Alfredo's Mexican Restaurant-Pecos, TX.
I was last in Pecos 11.29.08 taking digital photos of The West of the Pecos Museum, my second visit since 2006.
I did not have time to stop at Alfredo's b/c I was hurrying to Burger Builders Drive-In in Hobbs which was also recommended to me.
Any help on facts about Alfredo's (best dish(es?) ) would be greatly appreciated.
Sometime in 2009 I plan on going to The US Border Patrol Museum in El Paso as well as Big Bend and I plan on eating at Alfredo's in Pecos then.
