Oh, yes, you can! The crazy metro will go down to Nogales one day, too.

Maybe I'll hide in a mountain somewheres. Seems I have plenty of options around here.

I love the great weather (you can barbeque in February).
I love the monsoons (one of our 'season changers').
I love the blue skys and visable starry nights.
I love the sunsets (haven't seen to many sunrises!).
I love the affordable housing.
I love the relaxed lifestyle (tennis shoes/flipflops/shorts jeans)
I love the familiarity (been here 40 years)
I love the new growth (exciting as long as water is available)

I live in Phoenix but I used to travel to Tuscon a lot for Medical Care. Univ of Az. has the best medical facilities. Been hospitalized there and had surgreies there and they have some the best in the country right there in Tuscon!

I was born in Ann Arbor at St. Joseph Mercy and grew up in Michigan. Have lived in CO since college, but we close on a condo in Oro Valley tomorrow! We'll keep the house in CO, though. We have been coming to Tucson since 1993, when our CO Rockies started Spring Training. We love it! Obviously, or we wouldn't be buying a condo!

The weather is gorgeous, the sunsets beautiful, and the people are friendly. I like the saguaro and ocotilla which are amazing! It's an easy town to get around in and there is a lot to do. And the hummingbirds! I think my favorite place is the Desert Museum and going through Starr Pass and seeing all the saguaro.

Yeah, I got my first rainguage alert from an online weather station in Mescal yesterday.

None fell on the J-6 station though.
