You mean Felicia. Martha wrote the note to Mary Alice (I'm pretty sure) and Paul killed her. Then Martha's sister Felicia tried to frame Paul. I think she finally went to prison last season or so.

Yeah, Felicia, Martha's sister. She went to jail but they let her out when her daughter, Beth, blew her brains out for Susan's transplant. I don't remember if she ever was sent back. Didn't that storyline end with a look of more revenge on Felicia's face?
