Terrific episode last night. The whole hour felt very cohesive finally and the performances were good all around.

I think it really helped that it was directed by Euros Lyn who also directed a few episodes of "Broadchurch" as well as other notable things like "Last Tango in Halifax," several "Doctor Who" episodes and all of "Torchwood: Children of Earth."
Happy to see that he directed the finale as well.

One more to go.

Anyone else think that Ellie repeatedly asking "How could you not know what was going on in your own home" will come back to bite her?

P.S. "Broadchurch" is now available on netflix, DVDs only unfortunately.

Something is really strange about Tom - from episode 1.

Yeah.. I noticed that, too.. And.. that seems to be pointing me back to Tom..

However.. It would be unusual for a 12 to 13 year old to have size 10 feet, though not unheard of or impossible.. And very strange that he could carry Danny's body from the boat to shore.

Vince would seem to be prime.. But.. That's too easy, so there's no way it's him.

I get the feeling there's going to be a two-fer on this. Person A killed him, Person B covered it up.

I like it too, and I loved "Broadchurch". I'm glad it's finally out on DVD, I plan to watch it again. Sadly, I think I read somewhere that Fox will not be renewing "Gracepoint" for a second season. Figures.

Yes, and I'm going to stick with my original theory that her too-perfect husband is somehow behind Danny's murder.

I loved how at the end of the episode, when they're getting ready for bed, she finally scolds him- "All I do is work and you haven't even painted the room and it's been months already. What do you do all day?" Um, oh.

They say it's supposed to have a different ending. Now, I take that to mean there's a different killer. But.. So far.. It's been a pretty straightforward remake. Minor differences here and there.

I'm wondering if that statement that they were going to change up the Gracepoint ending was just a ruse to get the Broadchurch audience to tune in. I did see Broadchurch, and it's looking a lot like it's going to the same ending.
