Hey Jonas! Glad you'll be watching, I always appreciate your comments on the Survivor threads! Yeah I like Sam, and I'm not sure how/why she became an outcast so quickly. She seems fun and nice, but I guess the other players found other people the prefer to align with. *sigh*
I thought I would like Winston, but he seems to be becoming a bit of a dbag already, playing too hard too fast IMO. The same goes for Swaggy. It appears that the alpha male types can't just hang back for a little while; they feel the need to jump right in and start running the show. I can see why that would be the m.o. for some, but as more of a "wait and see" type person, that's not what I would do. Trying to run things puts a big ol' target on your back, so it is risky, but some people are willing to take the chance.
The reason Sam was turned into an outcast was because stupid BB turned her into a robot. That will kill anyone's game fast. I was hoping she would get a good reward, and I believe BB gave it to her, not America, because they were the one's ruining her game.
Last nights episode was really boring. They could have at least had a veto competition.
For the Bonus Life, Sam gets the "CHANCE to return to the game if evicted." The description had CHANCE in all caps. That doesn't sound like it's automatic. There's a catch.
Also, it doesn't sound like she can take herself off the block, only come back if voted out.
If they vote her out, she may come back, and her power is over. If they vote someone else out, she keeps the power.
We think Sam is cute from what we see of her, but this epi showed her having a temper which may not sit well in the long run. Tyler was smart to tell her to tone it down.
You know a sleeper I think might do well long term? Rachel. She's in the bigger alliance but she hangs out with the other people too and seems to be trying to be extra nice to Sam. She looks kind of artificial, but may be savvy enough to go far.
Angie naming herself "RockStar" is just as irritating as Chris naming himself "Swaggy". They both need to get bounced.
Wow, that Swaggy is seriously delusional. I'm ready for him to go ASAP- his raging narcissism gets old VERY fast. I'm at a loss to explain why the kid thinks he's so freaking great, though. I guess because he's athletic and supposedly a good basketball player? He also seems to think he's very good looking, and a sharp dresser- ya know, "swaggy."
All I see, though, is a fairly average guy who thinks he's the s*** for whatever reason. Anyone I've ever known with that attitude was actually trying to cover their feelings of insecurity and inferiority with their false bravado. It's not a good look.
Let's see, what else- I think the weird new age girl (can't remember her name) looks like Nicole Ritchie, anyone else think so?
I'm still cool with Sam. Her accent is funny, but at least I can understand her. I can barely understand JC, his accent is so thick. Which is odd to me because I can usually understand Spanish accents just fine.
No one else is making much of an impression yet, although that "Rockstar" chick kind of irks me for whatever reason.

Have to agree about Christopher, ain't calling him a nickname he came up with himself. lol Guy is super insecure. Makes the nickname super annoying. He's an idiot for making out with Bayleigh(?). That will get them voted out fast, especially him as no one trusts a word he says.
I'm glad Sam got the advantage. She deserves a shot at actually playing the game. Her temper tantrum and 'everyone is a liar and I hate you' was a bit nuts. What is the world was she thinking? Even JC was taken aback. But otherwise she seems cool.
Gotta admit I still don't know half the names of these folks. 3 went in that advantage room and I had no idea who they were. lol
Yes the new age irritant looks like Nicole Ritchie. And Rockstar reminds me of Toni Collette!! And Steve looks like Javier Bardem. I wasn't ready to like him but he seems cool. Still too early to root for anyone.
It was bugging me last week trying to figure out who aura-girl looked like and it hit me last night. I agree she looks like Nicole Ritchie. I wonder if she is related or just a doppelganger...
Does anyone if they pulled in some social media "stars" like last year? I don't know anyone in their real life who would give themselves such ridiculous nicknames like Rock Star and Swaggy C.

Swaggy can't go up this week even if the veto is played, he is safe.
I don't why, but the hamazon was pretty funny to me. Poor guy. That was/is a lot of meat. Was hoping the nominations would get mixed up but oh well. Guess we might find out what the advantage entails.
