Nellie is painful to watch. Why is she on the show?

In my opinion they could have left out Nellie, Robert California, (the whole Sabre thing) Gabe and all the other newcomers and just had David Wallace manage the original characters from his headquarters office.

I actually found that slightly funny remembering when my kids were babies and I was so sleep deprived.

I am having a hard time understanding Nellie when she speaks which makes it extra hard to get the joke (if there is one)!

I agree. They should have just kept the regulars and left the whole Sabre stuff out.I think it would be interesting and funny to see a bit of the characters lives outside of the office. Of course it wouldn't be The Office but I think it has lots of humor potential especially Dwight running the B&B and Shrute Farms and seeing a romantic evening of Dwight seducing Angela.Oscar at Fantasyfest in Key West on vacation,Creed at Hedonism in Jamaica-hahaha,

LOL you know that might have potential. I'd love to see a side plot about Creed's adventures outside of the office. Something dubious and Creed-like, of course.

Another weird thing about the show is they don't seem to follow up on their story lines anymore. Like the new office girl who insisted on being in Jim's hotel room. How did Pam not find out? They just left that one hanging.

I love the Creed side story idea.

That is a great idea about Creed – he is one odd guy :-)

On that note...keep all the regular characters, have David Wallace manage them from his headquarters office. To add another layer of interest to the show, he could have some of the main characters rotate as being weekly “temporary regional managers” (can you imagine what it would be like when its Creed's turn?:-).

This could be followed by David Wallace making a surprise visit to the office once a month to check on things (that should be hilarious) – following episodes could focus on the main characters lives outside of the office – which should take us to the end of the season.

P. S. I also had no idea that Jim Kraskinski was married to Emily Blunt until a few days ago...talk about being behind the times :-)

And apparently neither she nor Gabe came back from Florida.

Gabe can stay in Florida since he is another pointless character on the show.
