Ok guys so I was able to get in and it is definitely a "system issue". They are aware of it and are working on it.. she says payments should be issued within 72 hours at the most... let's cross our fingers that we get it before the holiday. She said to check debit cards as early as tomorrow morning!! I will still be checking UI online to check for a PAID status and I'll let you guys know if it changes..

Thank you! My status still says "pending". Let's hope they figure it out in less than 72 hours, and it comes before December 3, 2019.

Update: just found this post in this thread:

UPDATE regarding California UI delay:

I see it in UI's Certification process of "PAID" status now for weeks ending Nov. 16 & Nov. 23, 2019. Now we have to wait for it to go to Bank of America. As per usual, it does not show up in the "Payment History" tab until BofA gets it.

I presume we'll have to wait for the usual evening payout time.

I blocked Facebook and am banned from Twitter, so someone please make sure it is passed along to there. Thanks!
