Totally true. You are in awesome control and if a company puts in chemicals or hormones that screw around with your body chemistry, you totally knew all of that before and you actually wanted that to happen because you like manboobs and you love shortened lifespans since you totally know what was up already. It's the same thing with those melamine scares with baby formula and pet food, basically the parents and pet owners were all really informed and totally felt a bit of death with breakfast was the Right Thing to Do.

you have a lot more clout than switzerland and norway who are both doing find outside the eu

Exactly. Its just them americans wanting us to join and stay in the stupid eu as they see the uk as a small european country like slovakia. When infact the uk is bigger than canada.

Theyd soon know it if a north american union was set up between them mexico and canada and started getting people in montreal telling them what to do, putting french signs all over the country, forcing them to use km, trading, canadian and mexican immigrants, taking food off the shelves, fishing quotas in their own waters, forced to donate. Etc

Bad comparisons though Bob. Both are small countries (population wise). Norway has a plethora of natural resources, Switzerland can get by being a financial haven, which is ample for its population size. Britain is basically a huge wagon with a small engine. The EU is worth it, that's my opinion. It's done a lot for Eire too, raising the standard of living.

I dont live in the republic of ireland. But i do know that roi is not the poor country that americans describe it as. People down there dont live in mud huts, they have proper houses. I find it insulting to suggest that ireland is poor.

Your comment "raising standard of living" is rather pumpous, its as if people in roi are living in safari africa.

We'll leave, but only after every other country has. We're last to the party on everything.

Camoron will be saying is OK, the EU will carry on as usual when its only us left.
