Had to revive this thread.
I was the poster who said I didn't really have much to review, since most of my food was pretty, well, boring. Brown rice. Tofu. Dried beans. Fresh veggies. I do most of my cooking from scratch.
THEN, I lost my kichen (nothing bad, just a major remodel). Suddenly I needed good, microwave-friendly meal and cold-dinner options. I've been spending a lot more time in the "prepared foods" section of my local grocery store.
Today, I tried something worth sharing. Fountain of Health Baba Gannouj (eggplant and chickpea spread). Warning to the hummus lovers, this stuff is dangerous! I checked the ingredients lable to make sure it didn't include crack
.
That addictive. Two thumbs way up.
