Again, if you think it is okay to call someone negro as a joke, then carry on. You have stated what you are trying to do several times now and keep coming up with different stories... now you say you were not talking about a person. Hmm... Right.

Listen, keep posting your books... the more you type, the more I laugh. lol

Somehow you have completly missed the point.....

Maybe for others...I prefer online shopping and only go to stores to see an item before I order online.

I know the point you suggest - my point is online prices/convenience trumps stores. I buy guitars at Chuck Levin's or Guitar Center because I want to buy what I test drive in that case. A mail order guitar can be any piece of crap they send you.

The stores that PG consumers want, won't come to PG.....thats the point

PGC is huge compare, compare Eagle Harbor to Tantallon, Takoma Park or Laurel.

PGC will remain so as long as the nanny state government is our overlord. Getting away from that will take some really creative thinking. It will take entrepreneurs willing to invest, build and operate the way they want - MD is blue through and through so slim chances there.
Once the Tax Payers in PGC wake up and realize that you can not Make PGC into a Metro Atlanta, Metro Houston, or NoVA with the current anti-progressive Democrat Politicians running the state and County then they will halfway get closer to achieving the goal of Attracting Large Businesses(Office Growth), Upscale Retail(Large Enclosed Malls), better built roads and highways(completing the interstate system between DC and Maryland)........

Look I don't want this to turn into a bash PG thread, because that is not the intent. I consider myself to be pragmatic. I see it the way it is. Prince George's County has a problem, that is being swept under the rug because people want to feel good about everything going on. It's great to have a new outlet mall, but getting those jobs should not be lauded simply because the cost of living in our region makes the quaility of life for those individuals extremely difficult.

Does that mean that getting retail jobs are bad? No it doesn't have to be, but when it's all you're adding then it's an issue. One of the main reasons why I was not very supportive of the casinos is because it doesn't increase the income level of the average which is important to generating revenue, it also is one of those ventures that once you go in there is no turning back because it would be crippling to get rid of it if it doesn't work out as planned. I know adelphi_sky mentioned that the county is looking at the casinos as a strictly tax revenue building opportunity, but you don't generate that revenue if you do not have people with disposable income. If you lack jobs that pay people the opportunity to spend at these places, then you make your county dependent on tourism. Is tourism bad? No not necessarily but you have to have something to draw people consistently. Everybody isn't going to go to a casino, but even when places are dependent on tourism their economy is very unstable. You also have to consider that the county is competing against DC which has at least 3 projects that a similar to National Harbor and has way more attractions. Does National Harbor have enough things to draw people on it's own accord? Has the county done all that it can to attract more white collar jobs that this is the last resort?
Not entirely. If they're addicted to gambling they'll find the money ...

I find it hard to believe you visit PG often... if you did, you would not put out so much incorrect information on this forum. It is really bad info... Sorry.
That character is a NOTIFIED MARYLAND HATER and will try its best to bad talk any new development in PG County. Just look at all of its dirty comments towards the National Harbor. It wants ALL of the new Development/Business-Economic Growth to stay in it's backyard of Northern Virginia and will try anything to get people to hate on PG County when there is any plans of new Development that has potential make Business/Economic growth equal or greater than NoVA.......
