Should I be concerned with chemicals living next door a raspberry farm in Lynden?
Not sure how this will effect our health and if could be dangerous. The chemicals they spray could reach our garden via the wind. Worried about cancer and lung problems. Considering buying the house next door, have not purchased it yet.

I would be far more concerned with the right wing whack jobs that live there. Don't forget to mow your lawn.

Is the farm required to post skull and cross-bones symbols on their land like apple orchards??

When we moved to central Washington 30 years ago the realtor told us we would be nuts to live next to an orchard. Chemicals are much "softer" these days, however, they still wear full body suits when spraying complete with respirators.

I would just ask and do some searches on the chemical sprays used in growing a typical crop. Eventually, that owner or new owner will use those. Yes, some farmers will use chemicals in concentration way above those set by law but I suspect they will not be in business for long.
