what for ??? I still don't understand the practical, economical, ecological and human reasons for such a move.

I think you have exagerated a bit, nobody asked for midnight sunsets.

I have myself outlined why it would be useless and even negative on various levels. You don't seem to bother for such trivial things as economy, ecology, human well-being, which is your right. I have already outlined that the natural argument made no sense because of how much more artificial light would be used in earlier sunrises and sunsets. It would actually help destroying nature.

Let's just agree that we don't agree.

One hour won't make a difference to the human well being. A sunset of 5pm for many who work in an office will make no difference, many who work will not even leave until 7 at least.

Also the ecology plant life won't be affected by the time change - the DAYLENGTH does NOT increase with dst! France and Spain have to change timezones.

You have, he doesn't care about whether it's natural or not. You haven't discussed the practical, economical, ecological and human reasons for such a move.

But what benefit is it? Why would many of them want to make their sunsets earlier? Why should they subject themselves to evening darkness? You haven't given a good practical reason why. The only practical reason is more morning daylight, only relevant in the darker half of the year, and it seems like they're on a late schedule.
