Meanwhile I'll enjoy my upcoming beautiful 80F plus days and ocean in the mid 70's. Was at the beach yesterday. Beautiful.
I've seen heat waves in September. plenty of time for the heat to come back. I think we'll see 90+ again but not as strong or long as last time and I think south of NYC. But it wont happen in the next 2 weeks so thats cutting the time frame. Should stay seasonable for most with shots of cool. Keep an eye west and north of you. I "think" 70s wil be the main theme going forward.

Love/Hate relationship of living near the coast. Interior enjoying 70s all day while it feels like mid 80s+ along coast to Maine.

Highs in the Low/Mid 80's with lows in the upper 60's/low 70's for this week. Not bad at all.

As I posted in the sunshine hours thread, today we're at 390 hours of sunshine here in Vancouver, beating out the previous record of 388.1 hours. Tomorrow's supposed to be sunny again so it looks like we stand a very good chance of hitting 400 hours of sunshine in July

We're also going on 33 consecutive days with no precipitation - just bright sunshine, clear blue skies, and very comfortable temperatures. Beautiful summer so far!

Have fun down there. I was looking at the models forecast for Florida's temps and it didnt look like 90s much.

You should install some solar panels to heat the pool(if you have one) during the cool days. Or a heat pump?

Anyway..

Philly has been below normal 7 days in a row with the max and minimum.
Pittsburgh 9 days in a row the max below normal

Lol, we also have had 22 days above normal in July, and the month is running over 3F above normal on the monthly mean.
