How lucky am I that I get to look at views like this every single day? Not a building or person in sight.
Today was the last official day of skiing at Grand Targhee, as well as a RMSHA (Rocky Mountain States Hillclimb Association) event.
There's still so much snow and it keeps coming. This isn't even on the mountain, it's in the parking lot.
Sunny
15 minutes later, it's snowing again. It's gone back and forth all day (it's snowing hard right now).
Monster Energy has a crew here building features for a photo shoot. I wish I knew how to take better photos so that I could have captured the size of these things. They're massive.

I appreciate the photos greatly. They are breathtaking. And yes.. you are lucky and I wish there weren't any buildings or population here. Funny thing is.. we have a height limit on structures (300 feet) but once you cross the state line south of here in burbs of NY (25 minutes) they can build high rises.
Anyway... here's photo from an hour ago of a main parkway 5 minutes from me. You can see the light greens more now. I would say 15% blooms. 75% buds. 10% bare (mostly oaks) 1% leafed

Very lucky. Nice photos! I would never, ever get tired of that scenery, in any season. It is my dream to eventually move away to a place where there are very few, if any, people or buildings to be seen, but plenty of mountains and snow.
