This place is located beside a large bay (twice size of San Francisco Bay), which is shaped like U. The bay faces east, though. This place lies on elevation from sea level to 90 m/295 feet. Also it is not tropical and lies between latitude 40° to 30° north.
So, what kind of climate this place would be? Mediterranean or humid subtropical? Also, rate it. Actually, it is not good enough for me, though.
That climate would actually be tropical based on the provided daily means, albeit with a Mediterranean precipitation pattern. If the mean were calculates by averaging the average high and low, they would be in some months up to 10°F lower, which would indeed make it a Mediterranean climate.
Not a bad climate, though; just a little hot in the summer and a bit too humid. I'd rate it a B-.
I really like the long 80+ period, extending well into the spring and fall months, and the lack of much in the way of cold or snow.

What about those ones? They're in the same fictional city, called St. Cristobal, between them there is a range of 35km (20mi). They're at approximately 25ºN latitude.
The first is at 530m (1740ft) of altitude, and it's a Tropical Savanna climate.
The 2nd one is in a park inside the city center, at 380m of altitude (1250ft) also Tropical Savanna (Aw).
The 3rd one is at the beach, from approximately 30km from the city. (18,6mi). The climate is tropical desertic (BWh).
The rain comes from the interior and higher mountains, and it falls almost all within the city and inside it's outskirts. There is also a different airmass blowing on the coast which prevents some of this rain.

Another fictional climate data! It is too cold for me, so I'd rate it F to Z anyway. (The only reason I made this is to know what kind of climate this would have, because I'm curious.)

This is located well north of Arctic Circle, is far from ocean (similar to distance of Salt Lake City is to the ocean), is located on a lowland region (below sea level like Dead Sea) and is located near a large (may be subglacial) lake (half size of Lake Erie), so sub-Arctic climate or polar climate?

Very nice, though some temps aren't good for me. I'd rate all three B to -A.

All very solid climates, but I think my favourite would be option B (City Centre). Mild winters, warm summers, enough rain, good sunshine, non-excessive humidity, and 30*C+ records even in winter.
None are below a B, though.

This would be considered a tundra climate, which is a subset of polar climate.
