^^ Wow what a week! I assume the dew point will reach the 70s or close to it each day too?

Here's a graph of 25.1C< days per summer somewhere in the country on each date of the summery months:

(Pic: FMI / YLE)

Touko-Kesä is May-June, Heinä July and Elo-Syys August-September.

The current tally is 0, and i find little consolation from this graph. As you can see 1987 was devoid of warmth, but the summer was terribly cool. A summer like 1983 and 1994 could be the most I could hope for.

Last year the tally was 12/26/12. In 2013 26/17/9.

This is our 13th consecutive day without any rain, and there's none in the forecast for the coming week. May was the driest on record this year and June may end up being record-setting as well, or close to it, if this continues.

We've had 11mm of rain since the beginning of May.

Consecutive 100°F days.... We are currently at 3 straight days. Today will be the 4th... and the long-term forecast favors the streak to continue:

Today = 108
6/16 = 108
6/17 = 108
6/18 = 110
6/19 = 110
6/20 = 110
6/21 = 111

It's supposed to rain on Monday, so we won't get anywhere near the record of 73 days.

No low above 10C/50F for 23 days. In fact, only two nights with low temps above 10C/50F in September. Very cold.

No rain for 11 days - but that's not unusual.
