Typical liberal. Bet you have never been south either. Who are you to say we have a backward mentality? Maybe it's the other way around.......
Not everyone has a backwards mentality in the south, but there are a far greater percentage that do, it's all those bible bashing weirdos that give the south its bad name...

Though Malta has in February... Not that I see how that is relevant... Malta also gets plenty of 60-65F lows in the winter, this past winter alone I had 10 lows above 60F in December, 9 in January & 8 in February...
Yeah it's sad how here in the US the record lows make growing impossible. I want to have mango and jabuticaba and Palm trees in my backyard but that's not possible aside from Miami and the Southwest. North America is stupid

Have you ever even been to the south, or are you just basing it off of stereotypes? The south you're thinking is the one of like 1960 lol.....sure there's ignorant people in the south but there's ignorant people everywhere. Of course, what makes the South a bad place to live for me is the terrible economy in a lot of the states and the far too warm climate.

I have been yes, but I'm basing it off things I see reported in the news frequently rather than stereotypes... And I did say that not everyone was like that
In from the North and there were just bible people on the porch trying to tell me to believe in Jesus, there are annoying religious people everywhere you go

There are plenty of Places in the Med that have broken 80°F in January.
Malaga, Alicante, Beirut, Chania...
And with Sydney it's such a thing, Observatory Hill hasn't, but Sydney Airport has hit 80°F in January
