Surely there must be, with temperatures as high as 18°C later this week in parts of Wales, its like 1998.
I am sure every other state had a El Nino but not FL like always. Nothing even close to 97-98 when i got over 35" of rain in the fall- winter. I have had nothing almost this month for rain, and nothing for the next 3 months for my area, Record fires are coming.

El Nino is a global phenomenon. Unless you live on Mars, there was an El Nino.
Just as well be for my area. I saw no rain from any El Nino this winter. Had 4.30" in Jan and had 4" last Jan. So big hairy deal, i got .30" more this Jan. No cold weather at all, nothing below 42f and never in my life have i seen a winter in my area since i started keeping records 41 years ago that there was never any 30's.
So far this month has been well above normal with .50" of rain vs 1"last Feb. This El Nino was a dud just like i called it last summer. Just more and more proof the planet is seeing run away heating at a unreal rate that no one even 7 years ago would have dreamed of.
So there was no El Nino effects for my area plane and simple. There are only two El Ninos i would call the real deal back in 1983 when i was fishing 100 miles offshore and could never get out there since it blew every 3 days and in 1997-98 when we had 35" of rain in 3 core months in the fall- winter. Now they are what i call a El Nino.
So does the El Nino stay throughout summer? Does it weaken or strengthen. It's all up in the air this early on. Also Atlantic is on fire. Maybe a busy hurricane season later this year
My part of Alaska hasn't experienced the typical El Nino weather this winter, which would be relatively warm and wet. It's been drier and cooler than expected.
Hawaii has also been quite cool by their standards, one of the coldest winters ever I believe. Big Island has experienced drier than average conditions but the other islands have seen plenty of rain.
