If I have a forced one-hour lunch break that I must take, then I either go for a walk, take a snooze, etc. Not during work hours though.

I voted "never", but that's just because I can't nap. It's not easy for me to fall asleep.
I DID, for the first time in my life, nap in nursing school..but only for about 10 minutes at a time.
Something as little as that is enough to give you an extra boost to get through the day.

I have been wanting to nap at work for the longest. We have a few empty offices and cubicles that are perfect for napping

At my last job I would hold a piece of paper up in front of my face as if I was reading it. I would get a few minutes here and there.

Peel off a seat cover, put on some ear plugs, and get some shut eye

Yes, but only because I am undergoing chemo and there are days where I literally would not make it through the day - much less my hour stop-and-go commute home - if I did not take a nap. We have an hour lunch break built into the day so I sometimes take half of the break to nap. One of my bosses works from home 2 days a week so I have full access to her office during those times and my coworkers find me an office (not my out in the open cube) if I need to catch a few winks on the other 3 days.

If not for my medical condition, no, I wouldn't take naps at work.

That would just not do it for me. I would either have to be drunk or extremely tired for it to be possible.

I lay down in the floor under my cubicle sometimes until by boss kicks me/ yells at me and makes me wake up.
