Aspergers is in a protected class by the ADA. You should start threatening the employers or saying what your rights are.

That's because they can just say "we went with X instead". If disclosed to the employer during interview, then the aspergers guy sits in the shadows wondering if he was discriminated against when the phone doesn't ring. But if you don't tell them, then you end up getting fired for something you have little control over. Catch 22.

yes, even when the prospective employee, job applicant, actually takes charge, initiative, is assertive in making follow-up phone calls, and makes a follow-up e-mail, he or she still gets no response back
