Outside of illness, my co-workers do a good job of keeping personal problems outside the workplace. The exception is a co-worker currently in a nasty divorce. Her estranged husband likes to call and yell, which causes her to yell.

I don't work in an office, but I do know people like that. Everything is a catastrophe, and every molehill has the ability to ruin the day/week/month/year. It must be exhausting to be like that!
