Do you allow fellow employees to be your friends outside of work?

Not that it matters but several of our RN have married Doctors they met on the job and two employees from Central also married... it does happen.

I am friendly with coworkers at work but I don't want to see them outside of work. I don't share common interests with my current coworkers anyway.

We are at work to do a job first, making friends? It depends. I certainly proceed with caution.
