Observation: Observed one dented can of peach filling. May not sell or use any can that is dented on top, bottom, or side seals. Also any can that cannot sit level or has sharp points due to denting. Can was discarded.

Observation: Observed sanitizer bucket stored in the prep sink. Must separate chemicals from prep areas and food contact surfaces to prevent contamination. Sani bucket was moved.
