    Observation: Reach-in cooler had ambient air temp of 51 degrees. All potentially hazardous foods must be maintained at 41 degrees or less. Repair called during inspection.

    Observation: Prep cooler had ambient air temp of 66 degrees in reach-in and 57 degrees on top. All coolers must be able to maintain potentially hazardous foods at 41 degrees or less. Owner to call service.
  • Handwashing signage
    Observation: Every hand sink to be used by employees must have a sign reminding them to wash their hands. Given sign to post.
  • Cleanability of floors, walls, and ceilings
    Observation: 1) Small patch on floor is damaged. 2) A piece of dry wall is missing. All floors and walls installed must be easily cleanable. Repair as needed.
