    Observation: Every hand sink to be used by employees must have sign posted reminding them to wash their hands. Given during inspection. Discussed posting at hand sink in vendor space.
  • Cleanability of floors, walls, and ceilings
    Observation: No cove base is installed in vendor space. For cleaning purposes cove base is required to be installed at floor and wall juncture. Install.
  • Handwashing cleanser, availability
    Observation: Hand sink in dish room did not have hand soap. Every hand sink must have soap provide. Restock soap. Discussed with New Bo and will restock.
