Nost all employees are wearing hair restraints. All employees shall wear cap, visor, or hair net to protect food from potential contamination.

- Handwashing facilities (Hand sink hot water supply: 100° F, 15 sec, no cold water 5-202.12, pg 149)
Hot water in men's restroom reached 74 degrees after 1 minute. No hot water in women's restroom after running for 1 minute. Need to correct so temperature in both bathrooms reaches 110 degrees. Self closing faucets shall provide a flow of water for at least 15 seconds without the need to reactivate.

One ice scoop in ice machine being stored with handle touching the ice. Utensils shall be stored between use with their handles above the food.

Lower shelves across from warewashing sink and utensil drawer in the same unit have buildup and need to be cleaned. Remove paper liner from the shelf. Surfaces must be smooth and cleanable.

The 2 front counter refrigerator units need end caps on the lights. The warming lights in the pastry unit are not shielded. Need to provide shields or coated bulbs.

Several purses are stored on or near the dry storage shelving. Coats are hung throughout the back area of the kitchen. Lockers or other suitable facilities shall be provided for employees' clothing and possessions.
