      Store the pan of food off of the floor upstairs and downstairs the pans have to be further off of the floor then a sheet pan depth.

      Downstairs do not store the corn under the raw meat and upstairs do not store raw turkey over tomatoes or raw ground meat over raw salmon (salmon shall be over raw grd meat ) to prevent against possible cross contamination. Also do not store pan of cooked bacon directly on pan of raw meat - some of the bacon fell onto the raw meat (they were discarded).
