Cleanability of floors, walls, and ceilings Observation: 1) Under the pop machine all wood must be sealed with 2 coats of light colored paint. Seal underside of hand sink behind counter. 2) Install cove base under cabinet under pop machine.
Handwashing sink equipped to provide water at a temperature of at least 100° F through a mixing valve or combination faucet. Observation: Hand sinks in RR's did not reach 100 degrees. Hand sinks must reach a minimum of 100 degrees for proper hand washing. Make adjustments as needed.
