- Food storage containers identified with common name of food
Observation: Three big bulk food storage containers with different kind of flours not identified with common name of food. Manager labeled them and corrected on site.

Observation: All food employees must read and sign Food Employee Illnesses Reporting Agreement. Provided forms which where signed during the inspection and corrected on site.

- Multiuse food contact surfaces are cleanable
Observation: One mixer bowl is rusted and damaged so no longer easily cleanable. All food contact surfaces must be smooth and easily cleanable. Remove.
- Cleanability of floors, walls, and ceilings
Observation: 1) Under the pop machine all wood must be sealed with 2 coats of light colored paint. Seal underside of hand sink behind counter. 2) Install cove base under cabinet under pop machine.
- Handwashing sink equipped to provide water at a temperature of at least 100° F through a mixing valve or combination faucet.
Observation: Hand sinks in RR's did not reach 100 degrees. Hand sinks must reach a minimum of 100 degrees for proper hand washing. Make adjustments as needed.

Observation: Provide chlorine test strips for dish machine

Observation: 1)Gaskets on prep reach-in cooler are torn and in disrepair. 2)Replace push plate on deli slicer. All equipment must be maintained according to manufacturer. Provide invoice of order for new gaskets and push plate.

Observation: RR vent fans are not working. Every RR must have working mechanical vent. Repair.

Observation: 1) Drain line on dish machine and food prep sink have leaks. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair. Repair as needed. 2) Drain line on food prep sink splashing when draining. Repair as needed.

Observation: Sponges are not allowed to be used on food contact surfaces. Remove from establishment.
- Handwashing signage
Observation: Every hand sink to be used by employees must have a sign reminding employees to wash their hands. Signs given during inspection. Post at hand sinks.
