No one in store, on either visit, has been able to explain to me how hot dog rollers and drink machines are being properly cleaned and sanitized at night, when there continues to merchandise on the three bay. Please contact inspector at 317-221-5837 to explain. RECHECK 11/06/14: NO CONTACT FROM STORE MANAGER, EMPLOYEES STILL UNSURE HOW FOOD CONTACT SURFACES ARE BEING CLEANED AND SANITIZED AT NIGHT. FINES WILL INCREASE IF THIS CONTINUES TO GO UNRESOLVED, AND CAN ULTIMATELY RESULT IN SUSPENSION OF FOOD LICENSE.
