This particular subway uses rotten tomatoes, green peppers and onions or they are slimy. I used to work there and was told to use them because of the food cost. Also the temps on the food in the bain are usually faked or not taken in the morning and evening sometimes they are but most of the time its in the pm. When the eggs are pulled they normally are only supposed to be in the walk-in for 3 days but usually they sit in there for about 5 days and who knows how long on the bain. Also the lettuce gets wilted really fast because at times the walk-in wasnt cold enough. With the sauces they arent always pulled after the 5 day use time. Especially with the house sandwich sauce.
The owner is rudr to her employees and does not care about if your sick or not. If she doesnt like something you will either get your hours taken or fired for a very dumb reason. This store should be shut down. And the owner needs to lighten up.
