    Red hot sauasage observed in jar on sales counter. * Note: Jar has a sign that says "refrigerate after opening", however jar of sausage has been sitting out of refrigeration for a week. Entire jar of sausages was discarded at time of inspection.
  • Cold Holding Potentially Hazardous Foods (46.385(a)(2)-(a)(5))
    Cold foods are being held above acceptable cold-holding temperatures. Cold foods must be held at 41 degrees F or below. See temperature log pg (2). * Note: Eggs in open unit were transferred to Pepsi beverage refrigeration unit at time of inspection.
  • Light Bulb Protective Shielding (46.922(a))
    Provide protective shields for lights inside beverage refrigeration units and light inside walk-in refrigeration unit.
  • Handwashing Facility - Handwash Cleanser, Hand Drying, Signage, Handwash Aids or Devices Use Restriction (46.941(b)-(e))
    Soap lacking at handwashing sink in food prep area and in employee toilet room. * Management initiated immediate corrective action.
