There was no individual present with City of Philadelphia, Food Safety Certificate. Certified individual arrived at time of inspection. Suggested to PIC to get other additional employees certified. Directed PIC to website.

Observed food left unintended at prep area. Informed management to remind employees to close top prep unit when not in use. Management took immediate corrective action.

Instructed management to inform employee to take off gloves and wash hands prior to using new gloves.

PIC provided documentation of routine Pest Control Services. At time of inspection, PIC made appointment with PCO.
