The following are needed prior to operation/permit issuance: 1. Provide soap/paper towels at each handsink. 2. Provide lighting in the employee restroom. 3. Provide thermometers in each refrigeration unit. 4. Repair/replace the spray nozzle at the pot sink. 5. Scrape/repaint the peeling paint on back wall of the walk-in vault. 6. Provide a covered trash can in the employee restroom for feminine hygiene product disposal. 7. Replace the damaged ceiling tiles in the storage area. 8. Provide handwash signs in the restrooms. 9. Replace the missing floor tiles in the dining area. 10. Provide brighter lighting at cook station/above grill/stove (should have a minimum of 50 foot candles (presently you have 41 foot candles on left side and 22 foot candles on right side). 11. Supply/replace the dumpster. 12. The facility must have a certified food manager on staff/someone who can demonstrate knowledge. Call the Henrico Health Department for an inspection when all of the above are completed.
