    Observation: The door gasket to the deli top reach in refrigerator and the side of the bar handwashing cabinet is in poor repair.
    Correction: Repair or replace the door gasket in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. Scrape and repaint the side of the handwashing cabinet to present a smooth, impervious and easily-cleanable surface.
  • Non-Food Contact Surfaces
    Observation: The nonfood contact surface of the following equipment has an accumulation of grime and/or debris:
    - Back exterior surfaces of the oven
    - Fan shroud in the walk in refrigerator.

    Correction: Clean the surface at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues that become encrusted or attract insects and rodents.
  • Floors, Walls, and Ceilings - Cleanability (repeated violation)
    Observation: Ceiling in kitchen is not smooth and easily cleanable.
    Correction: Repair or replace ceiling to make it smooth and easily cleanable.
  • Light Bulbs Protective Shielding (repeated violation)
    Observation: Light tubes in a light fixture in the kitchen are not shielded, coated, or otherwise shatter-resistant.
    Correction: Shield or replace light bulb with a coated or shatter-resistant bulb.
