    Observed the facility with jalapeno bagels from West Coast Bagles at room temperature. These bagels have a cooked vegetable on top and must be maintained under temperature control or time marked. CORRECTION: The facility states that they throw them out after 4 hours. The facility must write a procedure to ensure these items are discarded within 4 hours.
  • Information: Cold Food Temperatures. Temperature of 41°F(5°C) or colder is required. Based on thermometer accuracy, two degrees F or one degree C tolerance is given.
    Cart Cooler: 36 F Glass Door Cooler: 38 F Freezer: Frozen Small Cooler: 42 F
