Beef tips in the single door standing milk reach in cooler in the kitchen were 62�°F while cooling tightly covered in a 12x16x2 metal pan. The spray nozzle on the three compartment sink hung below the flood rim.
The caulking on the food preparation sink in the kitchen was moldy.
