Violation descriptions and comments

Cooked noodles in a 5 gallon bucket near the grill line cold top coolers were 70�°F. Moved to cooler, corrected on-site. Cooked noodles, raw chicken, and raw beef were 44�°F in the walk in cooler. Unit was adjusted and confirmed properly functioning. corrected on-site.

Several dented cans of ketchup and soy sauce were stored with wholesome cans on the storage rack near the walk in cooler.
A cloth towel was stored in the basin of the the rear kitchen handsink.
Several sushi rolls and cream puffs on the salad bar line were unlabeled as to discard time as per the establishments Time as a Public Health Control contract between 46 - 50�°F.
Cold water was not available at the warewashing handsink, and right 3 compartment sink faucet. Hot water was not available at the rear kitchen handsink.
A spray nozzle was being held under continual pressure at the hose bib under the three compartment sink.
