An unapproved twist-top employee beverage wa stored on the shelf above the blue kitchen cabinet/preparation table across from the kitchen handsink.
Raw chicken was 46�°F, cooked chicken was 45�°F, and cheese was 46�°F while cold holding in the walk in cooler. Ensure coolers hold all food at 41�°F or below at all times.
Plastic food containers on the shelf above the food preparation sink, and in the walk in cooler were in disrepair.
The ventilation hood filters were soiled with grease build-up.
Several plastic bins on the self above the three compartment sink were stacked wet.
The sanitizer bucket to the left of the kitchen handsink contained a concentration of less than 50ppm chlorine residual.
The ceiling vent above the dry storage rack in the kitchen was soiled with dust. The ceiling vents in the Mens and Womens restrooms were soiled with dust. The floor behind the grill was soiled with food residue. The ceiling tiles to the left and right of the ventilation hood were soiled with grime.
A light in the ventilation hood failed to function. A light in the Womens restroom was not functioning.
