An employee at the 3-compartment sink was observed quickly dunking a food container in sanitizer (not leaving the container in the quaternary ammonia sanitizer for at least 2 minutes as stated by the manufacturer).
Hot and cold water was not readily available at the far left faucet on the 3-compartment sink.
Boxes of food in the walk-in freezer were stored on the floor.
The storage racks in several reach-in coolers and reach-in freezers were chipped.
The storage shelf above the mopsink was not smooth and easily cleanable. The center storage rack in the walk-in freezer was in disrepair. Several storage racks in the dry storage area were chipped. The caulking on the 3-compartment sink was soiled with mold. A large hole for missing food equipment was in the counter near the drive-thru window.
The interiors of the microwaves were soiled with food debris. The interiors of several reach-in coolers and reach-in freezers were soiled with food debris.
The exteriors of several reach-in coolers, reach-in freezers, and hot holding cabinets were soiled with food debris and grease. The top of the ice cream machine was soiled with dust.
Several food containers on the storage rack across from the 3-compartment sink were stacked wet. An employee at the 3-compartment was observed washing a food container in an incorrect sequence.
The caulking on the base of the mopsink was torn.
The wall by the mopsink was soiled with debris. The floor edges throughout the facility were soiled with debris. The floor near the fryer was soiled with grease. The wall behind the fryer was soiled with grease.
A light in the walk-in freezer was not functioning. A light in the chicken walk-in cooler was not functioning.
