The front counter handsink was used a a dumpsink as evident of ice on the basin.
The caulking on the mopsink was torn. The gasket on the reach in freezer across from the hamburger bun rack was soiled with food residue.
The caulking on the three compartment sink was moldy.
An excessive ice build up was present in the two door wall reach in freezer to the right of the fryer. The interior of both kitchen microwaves was soiled with food residue.
The door gaskets on the two door reach in cooler near the ice machine were soiled with food debris.
A plastic food container stored on the top shelf of the rack across from the walk in cooler was store with its food contact surface exposed.
The floor drain under the three compartment sink was clogged with debris.
