Bags of potato chips were found stored in a milk crate on the floor in the back storage room.
The wood shelving in the back storage area was found with chipping paint, exposing raw wood not allowing the shelving to be smooth and easily cleanable.
The cabinet under the soft drink fountain was found soiled. The soft drink concentrate hoses were found leaking on one connection in the back storage area.
Small nail holes were found in the wall in the back storage area, 3 compartment sink area, and in dry storage areas.
