Employee foods were found stored on top and next to customer foods and beverages, inside of the reach in bar cooler and inside of the walk in beer cooler.
The digital probe thermometer in the kitchen that was found in a non working condition.
The hand sink in the kitchen as found without paper towels stocked at the sink.
Under the three compartment sink in the kitchen rodent droppings were found in the corner of the back wall and under the second compartment of the sink.
The shelves inside of the reach in food cooler in the kitchen were found rusting on the ends.
