See the future and live like you are there, not like you are still bound by your circumstances. All of the fathers of the faith in Hebrews 11 lived their lives by the future that they saw in the now.

Hebrews 11:1 - "Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen."

Notice it says "Now faith is."

When you live in the now like you are in the future, it becomes the "substance" of what you are...

2 Samuel 5:20, "So David went to Baal Perazim, and David defeated them there; and he said, "The Lord has broken through my enemies before me, like a breakthrough of water."

David is speaking about his experience with the Lord's breakthrough. He describes it like an outburst of waters that is like a flood breaking down the wall of resistance coming from the enemies of God. We always need breakthrough. If we don’t realize that, then we begin to settle for less.
